Quality Hotel and Suites Downtown

Stayed from Aug 6-11, 2026, on the day of checked 1 was told that the AC is not working well and they promised me to fix it the after which was not fixed at all until the day I checked. They didn’t even bother to ask how was my stay.

A stay definitely not to be repeated, characterized by a total lack of respect for the guest, poor cleanliness, and non-existent customer support. Not recommended.

Horrible hotel... uncomfortable beds and cleanliness left something to be desired, outdated bathroom with no hot water, no air conditioning... we slept fully dressed, on top of the blankets. Poorly soundproofed rooms, elevators broken... for $500 a night I feel more than ripped off.
