Quality Inn And Suite Pe Trudeau Airport

I am giving this hotel 3 stars because the hotel itself is not the problem. Everything was clean, nice, and the staff were accommodating. The only disappointing experience I had was with the shuttle driver on July 7, 2026, at around 6:00 a.m. After dropping us off at the airport, the driver kept asking for a tip. I apologized and explained that I didn't have any cash with me, but he continued waiting as if he expected me to give him money. I found this very disappointing, especially since the hotel advertises the airport shuttle as a free service.

I booked this hotel for a single night, i arrived late so i just wanted to rest and sleep well. But what a terrible experience i had! This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my whole life. I regret booking it. There were bed bugs. I was itching all night and had welts all over my body. I am still dealing with it. Pathetic experience.

Do NOT recomend this hotel! Not appropriate for groups, the lobby is so small that the keys have to be distributed outside. We arrived all at the same time and only one elevator, that was needed because we had suitcases. When I arrived to my room thought that an airplane was taking off from there!! "Someone left the window open!" No! The Windows can not hold the noise! Need to load my iPad, mobile phone and camera batery, but only one plug was working, in the bathroom. Internet in the room is very slow. During the night had to turn off the fridge because was too noisy. At the end the toilette did not run anymore! All bad! Hotel needs remodelation urgently!
