Quality Suites Montreal Airport

The room accommodation was great. Bed and pillow were my favorites of several places I had stayed on this trip. The hotel shuttle service was pathetic. We accidentally got off the train at the wrong stop. Waited over one hour for a pick up and were finally told we had to find our own transportation to the hotel. The next day, the shuttle to the airport was not much better. The shuttle van had a broken rubber seal to the passenger door lying all across the floor. The wait was extra long, and the staff were not very helpful at all in their communication regarding our pick up. For being an "airport" hotel, we found it to be still quite a distance to the airport. As we approached the airport we saw many more hotels more deserving of the title, "airport" hotel. Breakfast had the usual offerings. We found the "hot" offerings to not be very hot, but actually cold. Omletts looked good, but we didn't have one. Overall, we would NOT choose this particular Embassy Suites hotel again. We usually love Embassy Suites, but not this one.

Nothing different from the chain's standard, perhaps the rooms are slightly smaller. Excellent breakfast and cleanliness

we loved this hotel👍 shuttle from the airport with check-in after a canceled flight was uneventful. the room was very clean. bed great! however, what really made this a great stay was the incredible service by nancy, who served us phenomenal scratch, fresh omelettes, and samantha, who made breakfast and later a beer at the bar, delightful 👏 superb customer service!
