Unfortunately, we did not prepare enough for this hotel, as we only needed one overnight stay. The area is dirty and loud, you are approached by beggars everywhere. The hotel was okay and clean, but did not have an elevator. We were on the 3rd floor with 20kg suitcases, not so ideal.

it would be useful to indicate the absence of elevator because generally, you arrive at the hotel with luggage... as much as the morning receptionist is professional, pleasant and attentive, as his colleague in the afternoon and evening is unpleasant, like his colleague in charge of breakfast (who has "continental" only the name). It does not respond to greetings, indicates that there is only one channel, while the batteries of the remote control are dead... the cleanliness of the hotel leaves to be desired: dirty plates hang out on the service of the corridor for 2 days; hair in the bathroom, dust on the desk; capricious tv that walks sporadically,.... no help to carry luggage from one room to another. in the first, there is no sink tablet, in the second, the floor lamp by the bed does not work... on the other hand, the cleaning staff is very nice.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to shopping centers. There is no elevator in the hotel itself, but there are many stairs. That's why I gave it a 4.
