I requested a room for a person with reduced mobility and a barrier-free shower. They responded that it was fine, but when I entered my room, I was surprised to find a shower with a threshold and a bathroom door that opens into the shower door, making it impossible for me to take a shower. Now, let's talk about the room: I am in a wheelchair, and it is impossible to pass between the bed and the furniture in front, and the mattress is too soft, and the room lacks care, so I will not be booking again.

The hotel is in a shopping center with a shopping center right in front of it. The streets were with works and a little chaos around (but it's not the fault of the hotel) It has a covered pool. Slow elevators which caused a lot of waiting in some moments. Weak breakfast, no choice! Rooms of good size, comfortable bed, bathroom with shower but no bathtub. Located far from the historic center, an Uber will cost an average of C$25.00
