Great location and onsite parking too. Friendly and helpful staff esp Jacques is amazing! He is awesome and knowledgeable about the area! He is the superstar of this hotel! Room is clean, modern and I loved the brand of shampoo/conditioner. We’ll stay again and highly recommend!

This is NOT a 4 star hotel! First, the location is terrible and borderline not safe. There is a large homeless population living behind the hotel, it is fine during the day, but we definitely felt uncomfortable walking at night. The hotel advertises it as a short walk to the old city, it is about a 30 minute walk and you have to cross at least one major road. Our room was small, which is fine, but cheaply decorated. There was an unfinished concrete ceiling area in the bathroom with an exposed pipe. The water pressure was poor, and the smallest shower head I have ever seen in a hotel. The sink fixture was also loose and required 2 hands to adjust. Any one of these things would not be a big deal, but taken as whole, this is a sub par Marriott Bonvoy property that is, at best, a 3 star hotel.
