Best Western Plus Albert Centre-Ville

I was really disappointed with this hotel. The cleanliness leaves to be desired, the lunch is thin and the buffet is in a passageway so, again the cleanliness leash desired. In addition, a sheet was missing on our bed. Same for several other rooms. When we asked for a sheet, they brought us 3 duvet covers. We have to do it!

Poor cleaning, our room wasn’t clean thoroughly, there was hair in the bathroom around the vanity and a pubic hair in the shower very disgusting. We had two queen size bed in the room and one of the bed had a really deep dent like you sunk in the bed and the other person just beside just keep rolling on you. Mattress need to be changed. One other thing the bed has no sheet underneath the duvet that means that you sleep the duvet right on you and it’s not in a cover either! First time here and will not go back.

Old hotel, out dated rooms, but friendly staff and the bed was comfortable. Did the job for what it needed ! The elevator will definitely scare you a bit when it starts and stops bur don’t worry.. everything is fine 😂 Staff was friendly! Continental breakfast with cold food was ok. I remember a couple years ago (ok maybe 6-8 years ago) they offered an extensive menu during the weekend for the breakfast and I definitely miss it.
