We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is modern, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality exceeded our expectations. During our trip across Canada, we stayed in several other hotels, including some 4- and 5-star properties, but none matched the level of courtesy, service, and overall quality we experienced here. Congratulations to the management for creating such an outstanding hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This is a very modern hotel with some interesting and quirky artwork in the corridors. The bed was most peculiar - I think it would fold down into a settee but you'd have to take all the covers off. It was very difficult to get into. The washbasin was in the room and the toilet and shower were in a separate bit which was rather annoying. Breakfast was not a buffet and the choice was limited, but nicely cooked. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The location is good, right in the centre of Chicoutimi and with free parking.

We had a very beautiful stay at this establishment. Upon our arrival, we were won over by the hotel lobby, which offers a particularly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was very kind throughout our stay, always smiling and attentive. It is flawless for the service. We highly recommend the Hôtel Chicoutimi and we will return with great pleasure!
