Best Western St. Jerome

We came last year and I don’t remember noticing this problem. The walls are paper, you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms. We were located on the side of the road and it is very noisy until late. That said, the room is simple, beautiful and clean.

The employees are nice. The hôtel is quite old. The toilet are so low on the floor that to us, seniors, it was a risk. There are no lifs and the corridors are dark. We got lost! Also, and the main criticism, is that we were given a room with a single queen bed. Lo and behold, the bed was the size of a double and we had a very bad night as a result. The reception denied our inquiry on the matter and insisted that we were wrong. But we know better!

On our round trip, some card readers in the hotels did not work. The receptionist entered the number manually at the terminal. Just not here!!! The young lady didn't want to try it partout. Thanks to Booking.com, we were able to cancel the hotel nights for free, but were still without a hotel room in the evening at 6pm and unfortunately even before Formula One weekend! I'll take a bow around Best Western. At Holiday Inn and Times, the reception was smarter!
