Comfort Inn Rock Forest

One night, on our return from our trip, we took a room. Beautiful Welcoming, we were treated, according to member status, to a room on the 1st with patio door. Room #105, old bathroom but with everything you need, comfortable beds. The Welcoming Assistant that evening, following our request, provided us with a restaurant list near the hotel for our dinner, much appreciated!

I booked a room for 4 adults. I was placed in a room for three. The manager does not even have enough class to offer a discount. Very poor customer service and room far too expensive for the inventory.

Stayed 3 nights, no room for breakfast there were hockey teams. We had to eat in our room which was not made apart from emptying the garbage and changing the towels. Breakfast seeds remained present throughout our stay. Beds not done, sink not cleaned... but tip was picked up. Be really insulted!
