Just driving thru saw this hotel online. Not sure why rated so low. Nice modern hotel welcoming front desk, nice clean room at competitive price with free parking. What’s not to like? The food and service in lounge restaurant was good.

I just wanted to check 3 reservations of my colleagues made during the Food Summit, the person spoke incomprehensible French as if he was eating, spoke at the same time as me, persisted with me, I repeated 4 times the name of the person so much he did not listen and the worst thing is that when I asked to speak with someone else, he hung up the line on me 2 times. Adel is the name of this person. After 2 unsuccessful and hyper stressful calls and an appalling service experience. I asked for a service in English. I had excellent service in English.

Delta Hotels Sherbrooke Conference Centre delivered a truly exceptional experience. The service was the biggest reason. Everyone was friendly and professional, and Omar and Christelle deserve special recognition for making the stay seamless and genuinely memorable. Their attention to detail and care for guests really stood out. The property is immaculate. My room was perfectly clean, and the entire hotel felt well maintained and fresh. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a high quality mattress and bedding that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also excellent. The food was consistently high quality, and the wait staff were fantastic, attentive, polite, and quick to help with anything. Overall, this hotel sets a high standard for service, cleanliness, comfort, and dining. I would absolutely stay here again.
