Stained furniture. Leaking shower head. Hard bed. Pool not accessible, padlock on the door. Major lack of soundproofing.. Outdated hotel that lacks love. Unfortunately, I will not return.

We booked last minute following a setback, we were well served on the phone as well as at Welcoming. We had a room in a separate building from the main pavilion. 2 queen beds. We were amazed by the size of the room. Plenty of space, so perfect for families. The place is a bit cool, old decor, paint to redone, faded bed cover, hot water that really takes a long time to arrive, but everything was functional including air conditioning, a plus in the heatwave as was our case. Please note that there is no longer any Food Service. In short, is perfectly suitable for small budgets.

I am not normally negative and am not hard to please , but. This place is very run down . The paint was peeling off the doors of the room , the door locks and trim around the door was completely worn out and very dirty . There was handwriting on all the doors ! The tv did not work . To get from my room to the front desk you went through narrow , dark corridors with worn out carpet and paint peeling on the walls When I asked if the restaurant was open in the morning the answer was an abrupt "no". The price for the room was low , but there is a basic expectation of cleanliness and quality regardless of the price , and this place was far below the average person's expectations.
