Manoir Saint-Sauveur

My boyfriend and I had an amazing weekend celebrating our anniversary at MSS. The staff is simply fantastic. Super nice and welcoming. Room and amenities are great. Also, we really enjoyed the food (especially this pasta we had at the Boudoir). Very satisfied with our time at this hotel! I highly recommend. Great altogether vibe.

Manoir St. Sauveur was a disappointing stay. The room layout was odd and inconvenient, with the main complex located far from the rooms. The bed was uncomfortable and there was a persistent drip throughout the middle of the night. Basic amenities were severely lacking—they skimped on essentials like coffee, pillows, water, and even bedding. Service was poor. I was put on hold for a half hour for room service before I gave up. I also got trapped in the morning because a malfunctioning door wouldn't unlock, preventing us from checking out. The hotel itself had a "money-hungry" feel with constant invitations to spend on things. The only silver lining was the restaurant which was quite decent and nice. Regardless, it was one of the more disappointing hotels that we have traveled to over the last few years.

Back After 3 years and still as great as the first time there! Our family loves coming here and spending time in the pool and facilities. As clean as a hotel can get! This resort is on point in every area.
