Quality Inn Downtown Montreal

Not military friendly at all. Booked a non refundable room a month ahead. Week later, 3 weeks before the trip date, requested a free cancellation. As a military member you know how hard it is to book a vacation... Got change of plans unfortunately. Choice global customer service was willing to cancel it for free and the booking.com was willing to do that too, however the property itself declined it. The lady on the phone at the property was rude, and after back and forth with my explanation just hung up on me. I understand the consequences of non-refundable room booking, however, there is an option at the discretion of the property for a free cancellation. Been with Choice and Comfort suites for a while. I think its time to try something better. The company that should provide service has failed its single purpose. So the room will be empty but paid. And even after the reply on my review on Google, their answer was - no and hang up the phone. Never again

We were going for a little night after a hockey game. Its location is ideal to be close to the bell centre. The hotel is small but are all adequate. Lunch is included but paid parking in nearby parking lots. The lunch that is included is correct. Rooster egg, toast, cereal, packaged commercial muffins, small yogurt, fruit Coffee, juice, hot chocolate Far from being luxurious it is clean and adequate for the price.

Perfect location and very good prices. Stayed for three nights. Yes, the rooms could use some work but they are clean and spacious. Huge TV, comfortable beds, and good shower. The front desk staff were amazing, which is the main reason for the 5-star review. Easy walk to the metro, very close to Bell Centre, and lots of good pubs/restaurants in the vicinity.
