Manoir Saint Sauveur

I was alone with my two children and we had a very good time at the manor. Our King suite with a sofa bed and small kitchen area was very comfortable and practical but was quite dark; we were in a sort of semi-basement in the Cadillac building. The balcony beams were in poor condition. On the other hand, everything on the site was very well thought out for children with a "kids club" and several activities for them. The restaurant food for dinner and the breakfast buffet were very good, as was the food from the food truck at the pool. I was seated near the kids' club for dinner, which allowed me to eat without my children getting bored. One of my children had a free meal, which was appreciated. The drinks were expensive in my opinion but very good. The indoor and outdoor pool were very good. My children also really liked the outdoor playground area. We received great, fast, and efficient service from all the staff I interacted with. The hotel is also very well located in Saint-Sauveur, close to shops and restaurants. I was, however, disappointed with the spa area next to the outdoor pool, as several jets were not working or others were working very little. I still enjoyed my stay and was able to relax even though I was the only adult with my children.

We had a fabulous stay at the Manoir. The hotel is superbly equipped and the service is high quality, both in terms of dining and activities. The rooms are beautiful and clean, both in the main building and in the condos. As a family with two children, we had connecting rooms and it was a pleasure for everyone, especially since the bedding is most comfortable. The spa is fantastic and the evenings outside by the fire in the summer are a treat after a day of exploring the Laurentians or playing sports. We recommend it without hesitation. A shout-out to the manager Jason and his team who were very attentive. Thank you for the welcome and the hospitality. We look forward to testing the hotel in winter.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing weekend celebrating our anniversary at MSS. The staff is simply fantastic. Super nice and welcoming. Room and amenities are great. Also, we really enjoyed the food (especially this pasta we had at the Boudoir). Very satisfied with our time at this hotel! I highly recommend. Great altogether vibe.
