Relais St-Denis

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend in August 2026. Overall, the establishment could use a good refresh. The walls as well as the carpets in the hallways are aging and deserve to be renovated. The room was clean upon our arrival, which is appreciated. However, the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. During our first night, there was also a lot of noise in the hallways, notably children running and shouting, which detracted from the tranquility of the stay. Another important point to know: the rooms are not cleaned daily. We were told that a minimum stay of five nights is required to receive housekeeping service. For a hotel of this caliber and considering the price charged, I found this policy rather disappointing. Overall, I expected a better-maintained establishment and a better level of service. A general renovation as well as a review of certain services would greatly improve the experience.

3rd stay in Saint Sauveur, first time at the Relais Saint Denis and it will be our place to stay from now on!!!!

Check-in is fast. The staff on-site are very kind and smiling. Our renovated suite was impeccably clean and offered a magnificent scent of fresh wood that immediately sets the mood. The premises are quiet and very well maintained. The only small downside concerns the bed, which we found a bit narrow for our taste, but everything else was perfect. An excellent address in Saint-Sauveur!
