Best Western Plus Estevan Inn And Suites

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Inn & Suites in Estevan. The staff were friendly, and welcoming! After we checked out, we accidentally left my husband’s wallet behind. The staff contacted us right away and kept it safe until we could retrieve it. We are especially grateful to Andrew and the wonderful housekeeper who found the wallet on the morning of July 9. Their honesty, kindness, and quick action turned a stressful situation into a positive one. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional customer service and integrity. We will forever be grateful and highly recommend this hotel!

The smoke detector was disabled, didn't notice until the morning of checkout. Brought it to the attention of front desk. Maintenance man was standing there and said new ones were on order and had not arrived yet. Are you serious? How many more were not working? Some serious safety violations here.

Great stay very quiet and very friendly staff with lots of parking. Breakfast had a very nice variety and ready early by 5 am weekday and 7am weekends All of the staff were very helpful, Internet was very quick, Dusiness secction was very quick as well
