This is one of several similar hotels grouped near a major commercial area near the Trans Canada highway, so I thought it would be noisier but happy to say it was OK. All staff we encountered greeted us withy a hello. When the access card didn't open the fitness room lock, they were quick to explain the problem and rectify it. Our room and all the public areas were clean. The breakfast bar selection was better than I expected, even compared to other BW's I've stayed at. The hostess there was cheerful and helpful to us and guests at other tables with young families and older parents. The only thing I was surprised about a bit was that the wood furniture and doors in our room were more scuffed-up than I've seen at other BW's and similar chain hotels.

Room had a very strong smell of deodorizer especially when the heat was turned on. Breakfast was way below BW plus standard. Soggy waffles instead of fresh, rubbery eggs etc. TV channels did not match guide in room & the worst remote I’ve seen to find the bizzare channels

We enjoyed celebrating our grandsons bday with family and our dog! Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. ( We had a king kitchenette room) It had a large fridge, sink, dishes, cups and glasses and cutlery. Even a ddishwasher.Check in and out was easy and fast. We enjoyed the pool area. It did get quite busy, as it was a Saturday and of course felt crowed as it is not a big pool. The kids loved the water slide Overall experience was pleasant!
