Comfort Inn Regina

Room was booked by my employer. Our crew had to be leaving Comfort Inn by 615 am to be on site for 645am. The management would not bump ahead breakfast serving time 30 mins for us (breakfast times 630am - 930 am)Our crew had to go to work without any opportunity of a simple breakfast. I reminded Comfort Inn management that we will be working in Regina for up to 4 months this coming summer. I have since notified my employer that I do not recommend staying there if we are not allowed a breakfast that we are entitled to.

The price was amazing. However there were stains all over the sheets and I had found pubes in the bath tub. Other than that, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was ok.

First of all am shocked that if you want to make a complaint they make you sign a waiver saying its their property. So what happened my wife booked this place yes I am a member but she phoned up the hotel.and asked if they had a medical rate . Which they said they did . $117 a nite . We checked in the handle to the toilet was broken off and on top of the tank. When we went to the desk she said she could not find my name in the system. Ok she said she would work on it . We also told her about the toilet . We were heading out for supper and seeing we were going to be there for three days I thought I would wait till the am . When we got back I started to notice this place is really looking its age , rug worn and frayed . I then looked on the website to see if they did put the points on my card . That's when I seen that a member rate of $95 dollars i even showed it to the desk clerk . Guess what he said he couldn't do anything about it . So I canceled the next to nites and took my wife for her surgery. While I was waiting I decided to check out some other hotels and found a lot newer hotel alot closer to my wife's hospital for the great price of $92 a nite . I will write a review of it also . I did get an apology from the manager but because I would not give up my review rights to them it only goes to the hotel. And I have stayed in lots of comfort inns in fact have stay multiple times in North Battleford and Medicine hat . Thanks next review Wingate Regina
