Wonderful experience. Front staff able to accommodate our request to be on same floor as our son and his family. Room, hallways and common areas all very clean.Spacious rooms. Our small grandchildren loved the waterpark. Nice gym. My only thought to improve the experience was an adults only time 10-11 pm in the waterpark like some other hotels we have been to. Highly recommend this hotel especially for families.

We had an incredible experience with the Atlas Hotel in Regina and I feel compelled to share just how grateful we are. After a long and exhausting travel ordeal, a group of students, including my son, were left stranded late at night after hours of delays. At around 2:00 AM, the staff at the Atlas Hotel stepped in without hesitation. They quickly arranged rooms, offered them at a reduced rate, and most importantly ensured the boys were safe, comfortable, and cared for. In a moment that could have been very stressful and overwhelming, the team showed genuine kindness, professionalism, and compassion. As a parent, it meant everything to know my son was in such good hands. Something West Jet could learn. Thank you to everyone at the Atlas Hotel for going above and beyond—you made a difficult situation so much better. Your care and generosity did not go unnoticed.
