Heritage Inn & Convention Centre - Saskatoon

The lady that checked us in when we arrived was quite rude. Due to booking through Expedia she didn’t want to help at all. The bed was terrible, my husband and I both woke up with sore backs. The pillows weren’t very good either. The ‘complimentary’ breakfast was terrible. The eggs seemed to have came out of a box, the bacon was extremely greasy, and the coffee was the worst that I have ever had. We will not be returning and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

They deserve a two-star rating for a reason! I’ve been trying to reach the front desk for the past five hours, but no one answered the phone. We booked through a third party and couldn’t make it due to the weather and poor visibility. The third party tried to contact them to answer the phone from Trip.com, but no one picked up. They kept the phone ringing! If I were the owner, those staff members working on April 24th would be fired. This doesn’t make the hotel look very good. You pay them to do nothing. The best you can do is pick up and say “hold on,” but they won’t even do that. It’s horrible!

I wanted to share this experience as I believe the two young ladies who helped me at the front desk taking my reservation and booking me in were exceptional. Harpreet and Anusha went above and beyond assisting me. They were very accommodating to my needs and were extremely pleasant to deal with.
