We spend 1 night in an economy room, which was expensive and without any window... Price included breakfast which was served as a buffet but there were some insects in the cereals...Bread was OK but...

You should not expect a four star European, American or Asian hotel when on Cabo Verde (except the all-inclusive resorts of course) so lower your standards a little and then look at a hotel again...
