The bathroom extractor didn't work and neither did the toilet. I found out too late. Sad. They changed our room, but nobody wants a bad time. Breakfast is only until 10:30 am. We almost lost him. I ordered pisco sour and they don't bring it to you. I wet the elevator.

I spent three nights at this hotel which is around 10 minutes walk from the main square in Concepcion and also close to the park. The room was spacious, with two king-sized beds. It was also very quiet with no internal or external noise (apart from a noisy AC system in the room). There was a safe in the room and a mini-bar although no ironing or drink-making facilities. The wifi was fast and reliable. A buffet breakfast was included. All in all, it was a perfectly comfortable stay but fairly unmemorable as a hotel.

The hotel is good, nice amenities and good service staff. We used the indoor pool with our kids and it was very good, clean and warm enough. The hotel’s look and feel is a bit worn out but apart from that it was ok and we had a good time there.
