We were with my team at lunch today, and all the staff was very attentive and friendly, especially Maximiliano, with whom we could share some nice words. The hotel is beautiful; take the time to come here because you will be well received and attended to, congratulations.

Good location - near the plaza. Clean hotel, very clean rooms. No A/C, No fan, quite hot in the room during the day. Extremely poor wi-fi signals - couldn't even load a simple web page. Room light bulbs missing, some light bulbs didn't work. The TV was mounted crooked - it was weird to watch TV having to tilt head in order to do so.

An extraordinary experience from start to finish!!!!! After 30 years coming back to a memorable place where it seemed time had stopped is wonderful. The courtesy of the staff and the maintenance of the facilities surprised us!!!!!!
