And it turns out there was an "event" in the 2nd. It vibrated the whole floor and walls with the music and screams of the people. When we claimed, we were moved from room to a further floor, where we no longer felt the noise. 3. The hotel offers Room Service. We asked for something very simple and seeing that in an hour the order was not going down, I had to get up and go press for the sandwich and drink. Being Saturday night, the administration should reinforce the restaurant with more staff, because there were several annoying faces at the tables when I went up to the restaurant. 4. The elevators were out of Service for several minutes, forcing passengers to use only the stairs. The most rescueable was the excellent care and dispocision of the reception and kitchen staff.
