During breakfast, the drinking water had a bad taste; upon my observation, they offered to charge me for a bottle of mineral water, with the head chef who approached my table arguing that the water is tap water and that it is the best in the region. Despite this, the staff hurried to remove my glass from the table and to remove the dispenser from the buffet. Very strange... The dinner staff makes it a point, before 10:30 PM when the kitchen closes, to start clearing the tables and throwing leftovers on the floor while one is eating dinner, a very unpleasant spectacle. They are more concerned with finishing their routine than with attending to the diners. It is not the first time this has happened to us. Everything else, especially the view, was spectacular!

My sincerest thanks to each of them for contributing so significantly to making my stay much more pleasant and enjoyable. People like you perfectly embody the service and hospitality standards of Wyndham Petra, maintaining the hotel's reputation among its guests and undoubtedly generating the desire to return in the future.

The room is really good, first hotel out of 4 that I have stayed in Chile that has USB ports!! However, the restaurant is not to my standard. I ordered fillet steak and potato gratin. The fillet should be a thick piece of steak, instead this was a roll of meat on a sort of skewer. No taste and did not melt in the mouth. I did advise the waiter and he agreed that a fillet should not be a roll of meat and he would advise the kitchen staff. Needless to say it’s not the start I would expect to receive.
