Dreams Los Volcanes

We chose the Dreams hotel for its quality and track record, since we have stayed at other hotels in the same chain and the experience has been very good, but in Puerto Varas the spa is franchised or managed by a third party, the robes and towels are in poor condition, old and of poor quality, the water is lukewarm to cold, it is not relaxing to get into the pool, on the contrary, you are with a constant feeling of cold, the breakfast is also of low quality, although it is assorted, it lacks more neatness and variety. Personally, for the price (we stayed in the suite), for the next time I would choose another hotel to stay in Puerto Varas.

Everything was perfect; I have nothing negative to say. Everyone was very friendly, the breakfast was very varied, and I would recommend it 100%. The rest was very relaxing and comfortable.

I had a spectacular moment; the idea of resting, relaxing, and having fun at Dreams Pto Varas was truly the best decision, and experiencing it with my partner, the comfort of having the lake in front of you upon waking, the good service they provide, and the good food in their restaurant make it so you won't regret it. I would do it again since the goal of clearing your mind, relaxing, and having a moment for yourself and your family was achieved. 1000% recommended, gentlemen
