My experience at this Punta Arenas hotel was not satisfactory. Although its location is central and convenient, the old decor and facilities make it feel neglected. The rooms are uncomfortable and the cleanliness is fair, leaving much to be desired in terms of maintenance details. The worst was the constant noise of the cars at night, which seemed like an endless race. It was impossible to sleep well. Considering the quality of the facilities and services offered, I found it expensive for what they actually offer. I don't recommend it.

El lugar es acogedor, la atención buena y la ubicación 10/10, el desayuno es horrible... HORRIBLE, nunca había tenido un desayuno tan malo en ningún hotel, el pan era chicle y si se enfriaba duro como piedra, todos los días lo mismo (no es bufet) somos vegetarianas y eran 6 pan de molde, con queso, había que pedir la mantequilla o no te la pasaban. No hay más opciones. El ruido de los autos es insufrible el fin de semana (nos quedamos 4 noches) pero fuera de eso, es un sitio agradable, buena atención, pero no ir con expectativas de desayuno, mejor ir a un sitio aledaño para desayunar. The noise of the cars is unbearable on the weekend (we stayed 4 nights) but beyond that, it is a nice place, good service, but don't go with breakfast expectations, better go to a nearby place for breakfast. At reception, very attentive, good vibes, we asked for recommendations and they supported us at all times.
