Excellent experience, you feel very comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

The heating was exquisite for these cold days, but the mattresses in the room were terrible; we used two single beds and both were bad, one worse than the other. The towels, not to mention, in no way for a hotel of the level it claims to be. The breakfast was exquisite. The spa lacks a lot of infrastructure, chairs or floors to lean on while you undress; there are no amenities and the pool water temperature is not enough for these very cold days!

Hello, I would like to share my experience at the hotel so that you can take improvement measures. We stayed for two nights with family at the hotel; according to its ratings and value, it claims to be 5 stars, but I would give it 3. The hotel has a very nice and rustic design, but it is poorly maintained and lacks amenities that would classify it as such. I will list below the details that cannot be overlooked if you truly want to be a hotel of this category: - You have to request towels and a shower curtain because there are none in the rooms when you arrive. - The heated pool does not have 'heated' temperature; we ended up catching a cold, plus you must bring sandals and something to keep warm because they do not provide slippers or a robe. - The power went out several times one of the nights we stayed. - The café had no service. - The lamps in the room had crooked and dirty shades, just like the pictures. - The closet doors were misaligned and did not close properly. - The bathroom for a couple only provides two large towels and one small hand towel, so if you want to wash your hair, you have to perform magic tricks. - The restaurant offers a la carte lunch but does not provide the service of a 5-star establishment; we waited more than 20 minutes for a waiter to appear at 1:00 PM when there were no people at the tables to suggest they were overwhelmed. Regarding the positive points, they would be the following: - Lavazza coffee maker with two capsules per room and two cardboard cups, plus one bottle of water. - The camp-style breakfast is very good. I am Chilean, and my comment is truly for the people who manage the hotel to improve these points. Santa Cruz is a beautiful area, and the hotel can be much better if improvements are made to raise a couple of stars and ensure that tourists leave with the appreciation that we have for first-class hospitality in our country.
