We stayed from June 13 to June 16, three couples, all family. Our experience was fantastic, the location, close to the metro and the Parque Arauco shopping center, varied and delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, in fact, we give -the whole family -a score of 10 out of 10, especially for the excellent attention from the staff, particularly from a girl of German nationality who made our stay much more pleasant, she provided us with all the necessary information and much more, I deeply regret not remembering her name as it is not common for us and I lost the notebook where I had it noted 🥹. We hope the management extends our congratulations and our endless thanks for their good service. If we have the opportunity to return to your country, we will surely stay there again. Highly recommended.
