We booked the hotel looking for comfort, a nice and beautiful environment but the experience left much to be desired and I was deluded by the photos. I do not recommend. The cleaning of the room is just wrapping the bed and changing towels. They don't do anything else. The floor is dirty carpet. The glasses we used were dirty in the room for 2 days and I had to call the reception to request the change of the glasses, and I was informed that it was not possible to change because it had passed the room service time that closes at 5:00. A huge frustration, as we chose to stay in a hotel to have this type of room service but don't deliver anything! They don't wash the bathroom or change sheets. I deeply regretted. The quality of the towels is terrible, small, thin and worn. The room has very little space to store clothes and luggage. And there is a door that gives access to the other room so you can hear what happens in the next room. The only positive point is the breakfast in a well-decorated atmosphere, but nothing so special. I am disappointed!!
