Excellent location, cleanliness, organization, bathrooms spread everywhere, comfortable and warm rooms, breakfast a delight, friendly staff, friendly and very welcoming. It perfectly met our needs. Super recommend. Except that the interior design is too beautiful, all stylized.

Best: staff and breakfast

The hostel perfectly served the purpose of my visit to Santiago. Great location as it is close to a metro station and also had easy access to parks and museums on foot. Breakfast is honest by what you pay, you won't consume much more in a network hotel breakfast and would pay considerably more. As a native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese, the host Juan left me very comfortable communicating with me in Portuguese, which should not be so common anywhere else in the world. If you intend to stroll all day through Santiago for a few days, and return to your accommodation just to take a bath, cook your dinner and sleep, this hostel will be a great option.
