Good hotel, well located. Positive points: Cleanliness, quality of mattresses, breakfast Negatives: bathroom - Small. The door was stuck, the box wasn't sealed properly and the bath water was leaking. Overall is a good choice considering cost x benefit. The breakfast is really very good. Many options and still meets restrictive diets such as: Zero gluten and zero lactose.

A good hotel, with an excellent location, spacious and very comfortable rooms, a very good shower, and comfortable beds. The staff's attention is more than correct. The breakfast leaves a little to be desired, as it is good but somewhat lacking in variety, and with bad scrambled eggs (almost tasteless and served in small individual bowls, which means they are always barely warm or cold). However, despite that detail, which doesn't mean you can't have a good breakfast, the overall result is very positive, and I would definitely return.

All in place and according to its price. Breakfast very good and complete. Clean very well. Attention from the staff very nice and friendly. Very good location (near Shopping Costanera). The mattress too soft for my taste. (we were in Room Suite)
