Hotel Loreto

Bed varnishes were not washed, hair was found in them. Furthermore, the bathroom is quite old and not particularly clean. Bath towels have stains and are frayed, The hotel is also very ring-heavy and the neighborhood is quite noisy.

We stayed at the Loreto hotel from the 10th to the 17th of April, a group of 12 people, including a baby under 1 year old. The hotel has a wonderful structure! However, we saw that there is a lack of maintenance. They no longer offer breakfast, but they leave coffee, hot water for tea, microwave, toaster, oven, cutlery, plates and bows so we can eat if we want at the hotel. They also offered us the keys to the kitchen, if we wanted to make scrambled eggs... honestly? I thought it was great! They were very attentive to our family! The rooms are cleaned daily, replacing hygiene items, cleaning and making the beds. The hotel is in a good area, close to Patio Bella Vista and the center. This region suffered a lot during the protests from 2018 to 2020... soon after the pandemic came, it seems that they still haven't managed to recover. The hotel staff gave us excellent tips about nearby bakeries and restaurants, and advised us not to walk alone after 11 pm in that area, as it is deserted. My family and I would definitely stay at the Loreto hotel again, and we would like to thank the staff for all the attention they gave us!

Pictures do not reflect the current condition of the hotel. Hallways not lit, no amenities, No WiFi, towels are very small and multi-colored due to age. Very old and moldy smelling. Mold in bathroom and on ceilings. It was not a pleasant experience.
