Our recent stay at the InterContinental Santiago was outstanding. Located right in the financial district, the property provides an exceptional base, but it was the phenomenal staff that made our visit memorable. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the front desk reception team welcomed us with warm smiles and efficient professionalism. Checking in was a breeze. The highlight of our stay was the Club Lounge. It is beautifully designed. Breakfast was good. During evening hours there were various hot and cold options including veg, protein, desert, together with wines and spirits. The dishes tasted fantastic. I had a great time relaxing in the club after a day's skiing. The lounge team provided hospitality that made us feel incredibly valued.

Booked a suite woth interconnecting for a family of 5. Check in was fairly easy under IHG ambassador. On arrival noticed that both bathrooms had hand-wash in the shower area instead of body wash..took about 45 minutes to get a housekeeping to replace. 2nd bathtub plug also not working but maintenance guy came in 15mins to fix. Breakfast was ok with cooked to order eggs but area was busy. Exec lounge had a good variety during happy hour. Rooms were clean and staff helpful

Do not hold your events here. It is incredible that despite having the number of participants and the commitment to deliver Lunchboxes, they did not have the full number and a large part of the guests were left without food. Terrible management.
