The stay was fantastic. Our flight arrived in Santiago at 5:00 a.m., and for a very low cost, they offered us the possibility of early check-in, which also included breakfast. It was a detail that we appreciated very much. I want to give special recognition to Patricio, Gustavo, Diego, and Kevin from the Reception team, as well as Naty and Carla from the Bar. Your kindness, warmth, and willingness made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. On the days when our tours started before the restaurant opened, you prepared a very complete breakfast to go (lunch box), which demonstrates your commitment to guest comfort. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the hotel is located in a very safe and pleasant area of Santiago, with easy access to the main tourist sites. The value for money seemed excellent to us, but above all, the most remarkable aspect is the extraordinary service attitude of all the staff. Without a doubt, you made our experience unforgettable.

Looking for a hotel located in a convenient part of the city because we enjoy walking around the area. We decided on the Windham Garden Kennedy. What a great decision. We liked the service, the facilities, the attention from the staff, and the location. We highly recommend it.

the location is unbeatable and with nice views. Very good service and very attentive. The hotel is fine although it is a bit old is well maintained. The gym is a little poor. Breakfast is very good.
