I stayed in this hotel in March 2017 having booked last minute via a popular hotel comparison site. I was (foolishly) caught by the offer of a 25% discount on a four night stay. This was a hotel / apartment style accommodation in a good part of central Santiago. The location is the only aspect to merit the word 'good.'
When I entered the room, there was a terrible, stale smell, similar to something found in basements of old buildings. The pillows were tiny and the bathroom of very poor quality and upkeep.
The rooms need thousands of dollars spent to bring them up to date and until that happens, this is certainly a hotel I shall avoid.
