Even if very available and fast reception staff, the experience was not the best. The room totally unprepared: smell of intense humidity, chairs, lamps and a candlelight in the bathroom. Old style shower. Very basic breakfast and with some of the staff not up to the situation. Pretty normal cleaning. Basic parking. Good position, expensive if compared to hotels in the same category and area.

Basic hotel, did not meet the demand of a family with 4 people in the same room and it was necessary to reserve two apartments. Basic breakfast and no many varieties. Strong point is the location in the neighborhood of las condes, close to two metro stations.

It is a fairly regular hotel, I do not feel that it stands out, besides the staff is very varied, some were very poorly served and others were very friendly... it was more of a passing experience that, in power, would opt for other options although I would not rule it out for another time.
