Although the hotel is located in a good spot in the Lastarria neighborhood, it has serious problems for guests. 1) Poor staff attention, they always seem to be annoyed. 2) Small bathrooms without ventilation, cold water comes out of the showers, you are waiting an hour for some hot water to come out. 3) Poor general hygiene. 4) Regarding security, they have safes but they are broken, they cannot be used. 5) The breakfast is basic like the one at your house, the same thing every day.

Terrible hotel to stay. Old furniture is like 100 years ago. Space is tight. The bathroom is literally a joke... the sitting space is minimal lol. I didn't know if it was a joke or not, I took a picture that I attached. You sit down, but your legs hardly fit and the door can't close. I asked for a double room and they gave me a dwarf bed, one-seater or one-and-a-half-seater. No fridge, no phone. The piece had dust under the beds; bad toilet and hair in the bathroom. A FILTHY !!!!!! The staff that greets you is poorly educated, we arrived in a group for a meeting at PUC, and we were treated lousy. They wouldn't let us talk, and the receptionist was very rude. Breakfast is a joke, IDEAL bread, poor quality coffee, acid, butter and rancid jam, with a “cheap” turkey ham. The hotel charges more than 60,000 pesos, for that money, they better rent an apartment by Airbnb and have breakfast in some cafe in Lastarria and it will cost them the same. I'm not going back to this hotel anymore, I don't recommend it, Disgusting !!!!!

Central hotel, however, left to desire in the matter of attention on the part of the management, because it is a tourist city and that many tours begin in the 'madrugada' at 6:00... the coffee should begin to serve more early, at least in the times of greater flow of tourists as in winter, but of the 4 days that I was there I had the opportunity to take coffee only 1 day, due to this routine, but also left to be desired. The room with a leak in the bathroom, making it float every time it used, very bad. very dark the room, no lights, few sockets and in places nothing strategic. Poor WI-FI, if the Cover travels counting on the wifi that should be good, it's lost. (I couldn't even use it). Now for the price and for staying on the street, it's not bad, but if looking for the items above is no longer an option, so I'm leaving my rating.
