A charming hotel in a prime location like Vitacura. During the autumn, the surroundings are beautiful, making the stay even more special. The hotel is very nice and has extremely friendly staff.
We arrived very tired due to an early flight change by the airline, and Benjamin was very attentive during our check-in. You can tell the quality of person he is and the affection he has for his work; he is truly a great asset to the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by his willingness and kindness, take care of him!
Camila was also very kind, providing us with information, handling our luggage, and facilitating a space for us to settle in. At all times, she was cordial and attentive.
It is a pity that the pool is not operational on Mondays, as we could not use it. On the other hand, the breakfast was very good, with delicious honey! It is a shame that I could not buy some and bring it back to Lima. Additionally, they offer a service to refill water bottles, which I consider an excellent idea and very useful for guests. This is my second time in this lovely country and we definitely want to return, and it will be to this hotel!
