The hotel offers good cost-effectiveness and an excellent location. With markets, restaurants, pharmacy, exchange, snowwear rental store and metro station a few steps away. The breakfast served us. On the days when we went for a walk before coffee time, the hotel prepared a snack kit. It is worth noting that it is necessary to request this kit in advance. The good pressure in the shower and the hot water available both in the shower and in the tap pleased us too. Regarding the service, it is necessary to highlight the excellent service of Carlos and Elis, in all the moments we were in the space of the restaurant were always very careful and polite. Unfortunately, there was a hotel employee who served at the reception who always served us with hostility. It's very difficult to come to a country full of expectations and be welcomed by someone who treats people badly. This gentleman was at the time of our check-in (day 17/06, around 23h) and the check-out (day 25/07/2026, around 2h). With unpleasant behavior that didn't match the other employees. I think it's worth a touch of management for this individual.

This hotel has changed it's name to Hotel Casa Spark. Spent 2 nights here. Close to everything. Had dinner twice in the restaurant which had Chilean beef. Was like a boneless NY steak. Was pretty good. Room was nice. Breakfast was ok to medium.

Pleasant hotel in a quiet area of the Chilean capital. Fenced property, with a security staff member always present. Many bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Clean, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms. Perhaps a bit dated, but still well-maintained; everything worked well. Good wifi. I appreciated the voucher offered upon arrival for a pisco sour (a voucher that could be redeemed at the hotel bar), as well as the drinking water dispenser available at reception, where we could serve ourselves for free throughout our stay at the hotel. I spent two nights in this hotel, and the breakfast was truly excellent (with a wide selection of fruits, juices, and sweet products), and it also had a certain variety from one day to the next. The hotel has a nice pool, but it was too cold to use it during the time I stayed there.
