Stayed here for 6 months during 2013-2014 and I would accept that you won't feel away from home here. The entire staff being it Reception, Cleaning, Technical or the Manager himself, everyone of them was respectful and were able to understand the requirement and arranged it. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

We arrived at this apartment hotel late afternoon to discover that this really isn't a hotel in the traditional sense, but rather private apartments which are rented out to provide income for the owners. The concierge spoke not one word of English which made life difficult for us not speaking one word of Spanish and especially so after an 18 hour journey. When presented with the print-out of our reservation he could not find a record of it - although after several phone calls he eventually found this in a scruffy envelope directly behind his desk, and after a long and stressful delay we eventually had access to the apartment. The apartment itself was nice, clean, comfortable and modern. The owner had left breakfast items for us on the kitchen counter. The hotel websites for this apartment hotel show that airport transfers are provided. Please note that this IS NOT THE CASE and locating a taxi in this neighbourhood is not an easy task.
