Rq City Center

Hmm.. This was the weirdest booking I have ever done. I booked this hotel for 6 nights and I had this address saved in my phone so I could tell taxi driver where to go. Once the taxi pulled aside there were no sign of a hotel in this address. I went inside anyway and there was a man in the ”reception” who didn’t speak any English. He told me to go to another address nearby. I went there and saw the RQ sign, but the hotel doors were closed for good. Fortunately there was a lovely woman who asked me if she could help me and I told her that I was looking for the ”RQ hotel” and she told me the right place to go. Once I found the right place the stay was excellent, but the weird part was that there was no hotel in this address or in the one the man in the ”reception” told me.. I’m lucky because I had read the comments here on TripAdvisor beforehand and there was someone who said the same thing so I was prepared for this circus in the middle of the night..

The location is excellent. It's easy to get out for sight seeing and easy to buy some groceries. We really enjoyed the kitchen facilities. All the front desk staff were very helpful. We arrived early, she helped us stored our luggage, so we can go out and returned later. They also answered all our questions.

This is a very nice "group" of hotels, all within close proximity. This caused some confusion. It was uncomfortable transferring to another hotel. Management showed up at my door and were a little short with me. I had added more days but they were for another location.
