The hotel is located within a complex with several commercial buildings. When we arrived, I had difficulty finding the entrance of the hotel, as it is a small and poorly signalled door. Accommodations: we stayed in a room without kitchen, which had among the main features air conditioning, safe, fridge and dryer; the bed linen and pillows were great, and the view from the 20th floor excellent. Location: next to the subway and main avenue also allow easy transportation through the city; in the commercial gallery there is market, cafeteria and some simple food establishments; is also close to some sights and Ahumada street, with a lot of commerce. Breakfast: it is not very varied, but it is well served every day; a pity that the salon does not have microwaves or dishes that can be used outside the hours; only after I read here that they prepare a coffee for those who leave early, a pity that I did not know before. Services: All staff treated us well and were careful. Negatives: the air conditioning wasn't working on the first day, they fixed it but stopped working a few days later; there are few restaurants nearby, and on weekends they don't even open; at night it's not useful to go out after 20:00 to dinner because those nearby are already closing (but this is a problem in the city).
