Great location, complete apartment, clean, quiet and the super friendly staff.

Very nice place, close to the subway if you want to go to downtown. Close to the SKY Costanera, with restaurant options, it is the way to go. It is true that check-in is at Time Suites, 60 meters away. And breakfast is at Hotel Rugenda, also 60 meters away. Everything is super easy. The apartment is super comfortable. I had an issue, and right away, the reception staff as well as the "customer experience" team solved everything for me, super kindly. For me, the excellence in service matters much more than other things. Breakfast is good, buffet-style, simple... correct. I rented a car, and they gave me free parking. I highly recommend it.
