Hotel in need of renovations and modernization, has no air conditioning and the fridge bar warms instead of cooling, when I questioned the reception, they told me it was like this and I had nothing to do

The restaurant menu is bounded. They are not able to access customer requests. We had to pay for a full plate, because they didn't have to charge just one loin or just one burger for my granddaughter. The garzona who attended us knew nothing of what was asked. The other person in the restaurant just arrived (there was no one-, all tables empty-) on a Friday at 20:45 hrs. the first thing he told us is that they closed at 22:00 hrs. Our order arrived +/- at 21:15 hrs.. At 9:40 p.m. in a hurry, to remove the dishes and then serve the desserts. Food O.K., squalid dessert. The worst feeling was that we were not well received. Next time we will continue to go to one of the 2 restaurants in the sidewalk opposite, where the food and attention of the waiters is very good and the atmosphere pleasant. After the hotel experience and the schedule they have, we explained why there was no one on a Friday night.
