Poor place , we stayed without bathing there was no hot water , the sheets are old , the ceiling was wrapped , the dangerous location , there was no breakfast , we arrived on Saturday night and on Sunday there was no breakfast Don't stay in this place

Hotel with total disrespect attitude, toward the guests! We need to leave Windsor after 2:00 p.m. All the neighbors of the room kept loud sound and festive screaming, throughout the morning, preventing us from sleeping. Even with the receptionist's warning, the problem persisted. The same employee explained that the hotel rented several apartments for a company to host its employees, coming from another country. Since they have been living in that space for more than five months, they feel master of the place, completely disrespecting any rule of silence. Even knowing of this recurring problem, Windsor insists on renting rooms next to those intended for loud fixed guests and temporary guests who loosen. This was confirmed by the employee, with my affirmative mind, when I explained my perception of the situation. Bad place! We need to request, at Decolar (which has not yet confirmed whether our request will be accepted) the cancellation of the following days and lose part of the journey, in search of another accommodation option. Not to mention the fatigue that prevented us from taking the scheduled tours for this afternoon. I have a video that proves the situation.

Really, because of how affordable the Hotel is, it is very well located, it has several bars nearby, good views and very attentive staff. They provide breakfast and the room is comfortable, the most beautiful thing is the balconies overlooking the park
