Radisson Concon

The restaurant is going from bad to worse. I ordered a conger soup, and it was an onion stew.

The hotel is very nice, the drinks are very good, the area where the artists perform is poorly chosen, there are few seats, and the restaurant seems to lack sophistication; the food is a bit eccentric. Overall, a good experience

Some points against: -Rooms do not have a luggage chair (we requested it at reception, and we were told they do not have). -Closets are very small in proportion to the size of the rooms. Lack of maintenance to the swimming pools (both the outdoors on the roof and the season). -Infrastructure (particularly bathroom of the rooms) do not have implements for security of older adults, such as safety bars in shower, non-slip floor, etc). -From our room, you can feel the noise of the bathroom of another room (we cannot identify if it was from the upper floor or the next room). Positive aspects: Comfortable beds, good view in the rooms. -VERY friendly staff, in all areas (reception, restaurant, bar, etc). Special thanks to Ignacio, who attended us to the breakfast schedule during our stay. Very good toilet service. At the restaurant, the service is good, but the quality of the dishes is quite regular, some of them were not good for the price ("Ceviche another style", "Tomato soup" and "Viking Rice"). Cheers!
