I liked it, although they offered me a treat for my birthday that never arrived. Then I downloaded the app for points, and at the rooftop, they didn't know about it. After 11, there is no food, but the good thing is that check-out could be a little later, and the room was spacious.

A very good experience from the reception team to the cleaning staff, they make your stay wonderful! The kindness and professionalism of Maria Delia stood out; she was very sweet in attending to us and provided excellent service (we were there for our anniversary). We totally recommend it!

The hotel is well located, the attendant Constança was very kind and helpful. The room is a bit old and does not have a smart TV, and quite a bit of noise comes in through the windows. The gym space is small.
