You arrive by car in front of the main Hotel entry and you think: I will stay 4 days is a dream. That dream soon disappeared due to complete inefficiency in hotel services. Very low level of English among the reception staff at the front desk. Very big rooms with nice decoration but very bad cleaning service and laundry service. Normal breakfast for such level of Hotel, pretending to show its 4 start (or may be 5?) as a high standard accreditation. I would not suggest this hotel to those people wishing to feel at home during a business trip in the few moments of relax. Negative !!!

Interesting hotel, it is well equipped and looks lovely on the inside, but it is stuck in the front of what appears to be a ghost town about 25 mins drive from Yellow Mountain Town. The rooms are huge, comfortable beds, walk in robes, massive bathroom but the view is of the unfinished homes all around it. The breakfast room is nice and there was a good selection of both Western and Chinese food. It is a pity that the rest of the resort was not finished as there is potential for restaurants in front of the hotel but nothing looks finished. We did not get a chance to use the swimming pool but apparently it was really nice. There didn’t appear to be much chance of getting taxis so you would best to stay if you drive there.

Our stay was not great. We were on a tour through Intertrips. The hotel is beautiful out side but terrible inside. We were there for 2 nights. Inside the lobby, the temperature was 83 degrees F. Ditto for the dining room. I was lucky and had a room where the A/C worked but automatically turned off by management during the day and would go no lower than 21C at night. The room was medium clean with a decent bed 2 of my friends and the tour guide were in a room 2 nights with no A/C at all. When they complained, it was not fixed and they were given a small fan for which they were charged extra. Breakfast was in the hot dining room and the food ran out before everybody ate. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, this dump. They must have paid people to write the good reviews.
